    Guests sign up

    Guests sign up if they’d like to come. The list simply shows who is interested; no payment or deposit is needed at registration.

  4. STEP4

    Your signup deadline

    We review the interest list at your chosen deadline. The minimum must be reached before Keshi confirms the tour.

  5. STEP5

    We arrange the deposit

    Only after the minimum is reached and the tour is confirmed do we send a payment link. The USD 40 per-person deposit is due three days before the tour.

They are private group experiences before your wedding: a chance for your families and friends to spend time together. Keshi helps plan the tour, organize its details and create a personalized invitation with an interest list.

Can you help if we already have a wedding planner?

Yes. Share the dates and ideas for your pre-wedding group experience with Keshi. This service focuses on the tour and guest experience; ceremony and reception planning remain with you and your wedding planner.

Which experiences can we discuss with Keshi?

Options include yachts and catamarans, Chichén Itzá, Tulum, Cobá, cenotes and Akumal. The itinerary, availability, transport, inclusions and price are confirmed for your group before you commit.

Do guests pay to join the interest list?

No payment or deposit is needed to register interest. Only after the minimum is reached and Keshi confirms the tour do we send a payment link. The USD 40 deposit per person is due three days before the tour.

Who chooses the signup deadline?

You agree the signup deadline with Keshi. It is separate from the wedding date and payment date. The invitation shows the deadline and minimum guest count; if the minimum is not reached, the tour does not take place.

Is the first conversation with Keshi free?
