A new beginning in Playa del Carmen

With no money, no clear path, and a heavy heart, I heard about a place called Playa del Carmen. I came here not knowing that I would find purpose, passion, and the chance to build a beautiful family.

I worked for six tour companies. In the past, tourism was about taking care of travelers. But little by little, it turned into a commission-based business where recommendations were driven by payouts, rather than by what truly made the client happy. I moved from company to company, hoping to find something different. Sadly, I realized most new sales directors followed the same mindset.

Starting from values

That’s when my best friend Damian and I founded My Quest Concierge private tours. It was a success, built on values, dedication, and a genuine love for service.

After several great years, I made a choice: I sold my share and stepped away to dedicate myself to the most meaningful project of my life, being a dad. I gave myself four full years to be fully present for my children’s early years.

Today, I have two amazing little ones who remind me daily of what really matters.

My return. New energy, same heart.

Now I’m back. A new chapter, with new energy, but the same values.

Private Tours Playa del Carmen is not and will never be a big business. It’s a small, family-run project with low volume and a lot of heart. This is my conscious return to what I love: serving with soul, with respect, and with honesty.
